Jeff Bridges Returns For Disney’s ‘Tron: Ares’

Recently, actor Jeff Bridges revealed on Instagram that he would return as Kevin Flynn from the original Tron films in Tron: Ares. The actor was last seen in The Grid playing Flynn and the computerized character Chu, including a de-aged version of himself. Production on the film has been underway for some time, but the actor was busy filming The Old Man season 2 for FX. However, he looks to be joining the cast that includes Jared Leto, Evan Peters, Greta Lee, Gillian Anderson, Jodie Turner-Smith, Hasan Minhaj, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, and Sarah Desjardins. Joachim Rønning is set to direct the film.

Tron: Ares is slated to hit sometime in 2025
