Today, a report announced that producers Amy Pascal and David Heyman had been tapped to shepherd the James Bond franchise. This announcement comes only weeks after Amazon MGM purchased the film rights from original owners Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson. Pascal is best known for producing all the live-action and animated Spider-Man films for Sony Pictures, while Heyman is best known for producing all the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films for Warner Brothers. The last movie, No Time To Die, was released in 2021 and starred Daniel Craig in his final appearance as James Bond.
