Idris Elba Will Voice Knuckles in the ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ Sequel

Today, Idris Elba announced on his Twitter he will be voicing the character of Knuckles in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog sequel. The character made an extremely brief cameo in the original film and was already confirmed to appear in the sequel along with Tails. Originally, an offer was made to Jason Momoa to voice the character be he had passed. Ben Schwartz and Jim Carrey return as Sonic and Dr. Eggman. Jeff Fowler returns to direct the project for Paramount Pictures.
