Today, a report announced that Marvel Studios, alongside Marvel Television, has paused several TV shows being pitched. The report stresses the shows were never greenlighted to series but simply were put together as potential shows to debut on Disney+. The shows included the long-rumored Nova series, which, last we heard, had a showrunner. Other unannounced shows, include Strange Academy, would focus on Wong and his students, and another show, Terror, Inc. While the shows are paused, that doesn’t mean they are scrapped and could return. Jeff Sneider mentioned on his Hot Mic podcast that an X-Academy series is also in the works (via JoBlo), but it is unknown if that has also been paused.
All shows would stream exclusively on Disney+
