Today, the final teaser trailer for Avengers: Doomsday debuted exclusively in theaters during screenings of AVATAR: Fire and Ash. While the third installment of James Cameron’s AVATAR series has passed $1 billion at the worldwide box office, Marvel Studios marketing has seriously capitalized on the publicity with their Doomsday teasers. The first teaser confirmed the return of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers; the second featured Thor’s daughter; and the third teased the return of the original X-Men.

The final teaser trailer featured M’Baku (played by Winston Duke) and Shuri (played by Letitia Wright) alongside several other Wakandas in a desert (possibly The Void?) as they come face-to-face with Namor (played by Tenoch Huerta) and the Talokans following the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. M’Baku has been named king of Wakanda by the time of Avengers: Doomsday. However, the two warring tribes end up meeting Ben Grimm (played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach) of the Fantastic Four. The teaser ends with the countdown clock to the film’s release.
Avengers: Doomsday is slated to hit theaters on December 18th, 2026
