Recently, actors Sigourney Weaver and Jason Isaacs have joined the cast of Prime Video’s Tomb Raider live-action TV series. They join Sophie Turner, who is set to star as Lara Croft, the archaeologist. Weaver is best known for her legendary roles in the classic Alien films and, most recently, in the AVATAR saga. Isaacs is best known for his villainous role of Lucius Malfoy in the original Harry Potter films. Their roles are being kept under wraps. The series was written and produced by Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Production begins on January 19th.
