Today, Variety announced that Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke has entered talks to join Marvel Studios Secret Invasion Disney+ Series. Clarke would mark the third Game of Thrones alum to join the MCU including Kit Harrington and Richard Madden in this year’s Eternals. It’s unknown what character she will play but we at Knight Edge Media have heard it could be Abigail Brand the head of S.W.O.R.D. The intergalactic agency was recently introduced in WandaVision with agent Monica Rambeau (played by Teyonah Parris).

Clarke would join Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn returning as Nick Fury and the Skrull Talos. As well Oscar-Winner Olivia Coleman and Kingsley Ben-Adir set to play the show’s antagonist. The show will follow the comic of the same name as a sec of evil Skrulls infiltrate every level of the Marvel Cinematic Universe by taking different heroes’ physical form.

Secret Invasion has no set release date but will stream on Disney+
