Director Guy Ritchie Set To Helm Disney’s ‘Hercules’ Live-Action Adaption

Today, Deadline announced that director Guy Ritchie has boarded the upcoming live-action adaption of Hercules for Walt Disney. The Russo Brothers are still on board to produce the film with a screenplay by Dave Callaham. Richie is best known for his British gangster films but came to Disney to direct Aladdin. It’s unknown who will star as Hercules just yet but many fans have cast both Henry Cavill and Charlie Hunnam in the role.
