Luis Guzman & Catherine Zeta-Jones Cast as Gomez & Morticia Addams in Netflix’s ‘Wednesday’ TV Series

Today, Netflix announced that Luis Guzman and Cathrine Zeta-Jones have joined that cast of Netflix’s Wednesday Addams TV Series. They will play the lead parents Gomez & Morticia Addams. Tim Burton will produce the project with Al Gough and Miles Millar show running. We at Knight Edge Media had revealed that the streaming service was looking to cast Hispanic/Latino actors for the main roles of the series.

That casting call was confirmed when Jenna Ortega was cast as the lead Wednesday Addams. The show will be a re-imagining of the classic family-friendly monster show and follow Wednesday Addams as she goes to High School. Pubert & Fester Addams has yet to be cast in the series. Production begins this month and runs through December.
