Phil Dunster Joins ‘How To Train Your Dragon 2’ Live-Action Movie

Phil Dunster has joined the ever-growing cast of How to Train Your Dragon 2 as the cocky Dragon catcher Eret.

Today, a report announced that British actor Phil Dunster has joined the ever-growing cast of How to Train Your Dragon 2. Dunster is best known for his cocky role as Jamie Tartt on Apple TV+’s Ted Lasso, and he will now play the cocky Eret from the original film. He joins Mason Thames, Nico Parker, Gerard Butler, Cate Blanchett, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, Julian Dennison, Gabriel Howell, Bronwyn James, and Harry Trevaldwyn. Dean DeBlois returns to write, direct, and produce the film. Production began earlier this week.

How To Train Your Dragon 2 hits theaters on June 11th, 2027
