Today, a report announced that actress Courteney Cox has officially joined the cast of Scream 7. She will once again play reporter Gale Weathers in the horror franchise. She began talks for the role back in March but still hadn’t signed by September this year. She joins previously announced returning star Neve Campbell as Sydney Prescott. Production has been underway for several months.
Scream 7 is slated to hit theaters on February 27th, 2026
