A Dreamworks Animation animated series based on the character had just taken off on Netflix. Now, screenwriter Heidi Schreck has been tapped to be the head writer on the live-action series. While not connected to the animated show, it’s unknown if this will be connected to the Masters of the Universe live-action movie, which is also in development. Schreck is best known for writing What the Constitution Means to Me. Casting and production are not currently underway just yet.
