Directors Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead Join Marvel Studios ‘Moon Knight’ Disney+ Series

Recently, The Hollywood Reporter announced that indie directing duo Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead had joined the director’s list for the Marvel Studios Moon Knight Disney+ series. The directing duo recently released their latest sci-fi horror films The Endless and Synchronic. They join the previously announced Egyptian director Mohamed Diab. This announcement also had the directors confirm that Oscar Isaac will indeed play Marc Spector in the series. He wasn’t mentioned by Kevin Feige during Disney’s Investor Days so many wondered if the deal had fallen through. The Umbrella Academy creator Jeremy Slater boarded the project as the showrunner of the show. Production begins this March in Budapest. And will feature six 40-50 min episodes.
