Recently, Variety announced that Jessica Jones director S.J. Clarkson has boarded an untitled female Sony/Marvel project. This comes off the directing stepping away from Star Trek 4. It’s unknown which Spider-Man spin-off film the director will helm; but it will be female-centric. Some are suggesting that it could be the long-rumored Madame Web or Spider-Woman films.
