Our friends over at MCU Cosmic revealed that Marvel Studios has begun early development on Iron Heart.

Riri Williams took on the mantle of Ironheart after Carol Danvers punched Tony Stark into a coma during the comic’s Civil War II event.

It’s unknown how she will be introduced into the MCU with Tony Stark passing away in Avengers: Endgame. Marvel has been considering introducing Iron Heart since Iron Man 3. However, Tony Stark ended up becoming central to the MCU after his final film in his solo trilogy. It was also revealed that a series is being considered first on Disney+ before Riri Williams crosses over into the films.
