Uli Latukefu Will Star as Ganondorf in ‘The Legend of Zelda’ Live-Action Movie

Uli Latukefu is set to star as the main villain, Ganondorf, in The Legend of Zelda live-action movie.

Today, a report announced that Australian actor Uli Latukefu is set to star as the main villain, Ganondorf, in The Legend of Zelda live-action movie. Latukefu is best known for playing Dwayne Johnson in the Young Rock TV series and 2023’s Next Goal Wins. He has signed a multiple-film deal to play Ganondorf. He is a powerful warlock king driven to dominate the kingdom of Hyrule, home to the protagonists Link and Princess Zelda. He joins Bo Bragason as Zelda and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link. Sam Neil (Jurassic Park), Yvonne Strahovski (24), and Dichen Lachman (Severance) will also have roles in the film. Production ended earlier this year in New Zealand.

The Legend of Zelda hits theaters on April 30th, 2027
