Today, the entire cast for the Elden Ring live-action movie was fully announced by writer and director Alex Garland. The film has been in development for several years since the release of the original video game in early 2022. Now, the full cast includes the previously announced star Kit Connor (Heartstopper, Warfare). The rest of the cast includes Ben Whishaw (Black Doves), Cailee Spaeny (Civil War), Tom Burke (Black Bag), Havana Rose Liu (Bottoms) Sonoya Mizuno (Ex Machina), Jonathan Pryce (The Two Popes), Ruby Cruz (Bottoms), Nick Offerman (Parks & Rec), John Hodgkinson (Napoleon), Jefferson Hall (Oppenheimer), Emma Laird (A Haunting in Venice) and Peter Serafinowicz (Guardians of the Galaxy). The film is being shot for IMAX theaters. Production is currently underway in the UK.
Elden Ring will hit theaters on March 3rd, 2028
