‘Avatar: Seven Havens’ Casting Call Sheet Includes Multiple Recurring Characters (EXCLUSIVE)

Knight Edge Media were given a casting call sheet from Avatar Studios’ upcoming series Avatar: Seven Havens for several series regulars and recurring characters.

Today, we at Knight Edge Media were given a casting call sheet from Avatar Studios’ upcoming series Avatar: Seven Havens for several series regulars and recurring characters. The casting was done back in late 2023 alongside the roles of Pavi and Nisha. We were also given the full character description for Pavi’s airbending companion, Jae. The only other main character not mentioned here is Captain Karthik, the adult guardian of Nisha. As with all casting calls, each name is a codename for their real character name (i.e, Priya is Pavi & Nikki is Nisha) and also was made under the working title, “Aurora”:

[ PRIYA & NIKKI ]
Seeking teens or young adults to play twins (9-year-old girls). South Asian (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka). Twin Heroines and mirrors of one another. Independent, kind, and resourceful. Priya is a reluctant hero who avoids altercations or fighting, but still believes in helping people using her creativity and wits. She’s a talented musician and loves to make up songs with her tanbur (guitar-like instrument). Due to a traumatic event in her early childhood Priya is an amputee, but her disability never stops her from trying to help people.
Adjectives: quirky, cautious, empathetic, grounded.

Nikki is the snarky opposite to Priya. She loves her powers and the attention it affords her, but her biggest fear is to be forgotten or not accepted by others. Nikki is awkward but puts on a face of super confidence to hide the fact that she feels like a fish out of water. Despite her cocky attitude, Nikki is also an innovator, and her wild side is useful at times. Adjectives: sharp, snarky, wild, mischievous Background: South Asian (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka). Open to one actor playing both roles. [ JIN ]
Seeking male teens or young adults to play teen (16 to 20 years old, Southeast Asian man/boy). Background: Monastic cultures of Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar (Burma), Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia. Teen prodigy and teacher for the young heroines. A sweet and lovable mentor for Priya and Nikki, Jin is a bit of a goody two-shoes. Being a member of an elite task force, he has a strong sense of integrity and ethics. However, his rebellious side will come out through his relationship with the young girls. He will be forced to question his black and white sense of morality through the series. In the series, Jin will have same-sex love interests. Adjectives: naïve, rule follower, loyal, kind. [ UKI ]
Seeking teens or young adult to play teen (15-year-old, Indigenous Actor, any gender) Background: Alaskan Natives, Indigenous peoples of the Arctic and Subarctic, First Nations of Canada, Indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest Coast, Native American Tribes Silly, a prankster, always loves to make jokes and find the funny side of a serious situation. *RECURRING

[ AMOW ]
Seeking real kids or teens to play kid (7-year-old, Indigenous female). Background: Alaskan Natives, Indigenous peoples of the Arctic and Subarctic, First Nations of Canada, Indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest Coast, Native American Tribes. Amow is super sharp, witty, pragmatic, and very street smart despite her young age. Her loyalty is up for grabs to the highest bidder. *RECURRING

[ FANG ]
Seeking real kids or teens to play kid (8-year-old, East Asian female) . Background: East Asian (China, Japan, Mongolia, North Korea, South Korea, and Taiwan) The Aurora world’s version of a budding theater kid. Dramatic, bossy, born to be on the stage. *POSSIBLE RECURRING

[ PING ]
Seeking real kids or teens to play kid (8-year-old, East Asian male). Background: East Asian (China, Japan, Mongolia, North Korea, South Korea, and Taiwan). A kid who is not as into acting as Fang, especially in the role in the play PING is assigned to do. *POSSIBLE RECURRING

As we’ve previously reported, the logline for the series is. “In this epic animated adventure series, two young sisters are gifted with fantastical abilities. To save the planet from chaotic energy storms, they must unravel the mystery of where they came from.” The voice cast for the series has yet to be announced by Nickelodeon or Avatar Studios.
