Today, a report announced that Morena Baccarin and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson have joined the Amazon MGM live-action adaption of Masters of the Universe. They will both play The Sorceress and Fisto, respectively. They join an ensemble cast that includes Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man, Camila Mendes as Teela, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Idris Elba as Duncan/Man-at-Arms, Sam C. Wilson as Trap Jaw, Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man, and Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops. Travis Knight is set to direct the sci-fi epic.
Masters of the Universe hits theaters on June 5th, 2026
