Screenwriter George Nolfi Next To Pen ‘Star Wars: New Jedi Order’

Screenwriter George Nolfi is next to rewrite the Star Wars movie featuring Rey,

There have been multiple false starts on the proposed Jedi Master Rey movie starring Daisy Ridley. The film was originally written by Damon Lindelof (Lost) and Justin Britt-Gibson before exiting the project. Next, writer Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders) came on board to rewrite the script before leaving in October 2024. Now, screenwriter George Nolfi (The Bourne Ultimatum) has joined the team to rewrite the script. Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy is still attached to direct the film. Production has been put on hold until the new screenplay is finished.
