Three More Join ‘The Penguin’ TV Series Including Carmen Ejogo, François Chau, and David H. Holmes

Today, Variety announced three more actors have joined The Penguin series on HBO Max. According to the report, Carmen Ejogo (True Detective), François Chau (Law & Order), and David H. Holmes (Mindhunter) have all boarded the project. They join Colin Farrell in the title lead as Oswald Cobblepot. As well as the previously announced cast of Cristin Milioti, Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Deirdre O’Connell, and Clancy Brown. Lauren LeFranc serves as showrunner on the 8-episode series. Production has been underway in New York City.
