Amazon & Sony Developing A ‘Spider-Man: Noir’ TV Series Under Producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller

Today, Variety announced that Amazon Studios alongside Sony Pictures is developing a Spider-Man: Noir series for the streaming service. This will be the second live-action Spider-Man spin-off series under producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller after Silk.

Oren Uziel will serve as head writer for the series and produce alongside Sony’s Amy Pascal. The character made a splash in the mainstream audiences in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse voiced by Nicholas Cage. This series will be set in 1930’s New York with no connection to mainstream Peter Parker.
