Today, Comicbook.com spoke with the original comic book writer Robert Kirkman about the long-in-development Invisible live-action movie. “We’re very much still working on that. Sometimes movies take a little bit longer. I think it’s safe to say, if anything, the show has just helped that immensely. People are very excited about that movie potential at Universal. So we’re riding that excitement and trying to push things forward as quickly as possible.” The animated series starring Steven Yeun took Amazon by storm in 2021 and will return for a second season later this year. Many fans have fancast Titans and Big Hero 6 star Ryan Potter in the role of Mark Grayson if a live-action movie ever moved forward. Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg are still attached to pen the script.
