Today, Netflix announced that the global hit Wednesday will return to the streaming service with star Jenna Ortega. We at Knight Edge Media revealed several days ago that they had begun hiring a writer’s room from the sequel season before the Christmas break. The series stayed in Netflix’s Top 10 streaming shows for over a month, with the most hours viewed for an English language series in its first week with over 341 million hours. Alfred Gough and Miles Millar will return to showrun the upcoming season alongside director and producer Tim Burton.
