Daniela Melchior Also Joined Marvel’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’

Today, Deadline announced that actress Daniela Melchior has joined the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. for Marvel Studios. Production on the film had already been completed when their report announced her casting. She was seen in director James Gunn’s last film The Suicide Squad as the breakout star Ratcatcher 2.

She is currently filming Fast X for Universal so it’s unknown how big her role was in Guardians of the Galaxy. Some fans have suggested she could voice either Lady Lylla (Rocket’s love interest from Halfworld) or Shocket Raccoon (Rocket’s female clone) if they are finally introduced into the Guardians films. She joins Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Sylvester Stallone, Karen Gillan, Elizabeth Debicki and Will Poulter.
