Last year Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel announced the 2-part finale of the film series. He asked Dwayne Johnson to return as Officer Hobbs from the previous films. Onset Diesel and Johnson had beef, which forced Johnson to depart the franchise but not before making the spin-off Hobbs & Shaw. Johnson has come out and refused to return to the franchise but mentioned that he had told Diesel this over a year ago.

Today, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Jason Momoa is in talks to join Fast and Furious 10. The actor has long been wanted for the franchise, including almost playing Dwayne Johnson’s brother in Hobbs & Shaw. Unfortunately, the role went to WWE star Roman Reigns due to scheduling conflicts. It’s unknown what character Momoa will play. Still, he could easily have rewritten the role of Hobbs for Momoa as another brother. Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Sung Kang will also return. It’s unknown if John Cena will return as Dom’s brother Jakob. Justin Lin will return to direct the 2-part finale for Universal Studios.
