Amazon Prime Developing a ‘She-Ra’ Live-Action Series

Today, Variety announced that Amazon Prime has begun developing a live-action She-Ra series for the streaming service. She-Ra was recently reintroduced to audiences in a Netflix animated series. DreamWorks Animation will produce the live-action series after producing the animated project. However, no writer has been attached to the new series. This will be the first time the character has been adapted for live-action after appearing in 1985’s He-Man and She-Ra: The Secret of the Sword animated film. With She-Ra is set within the Masters of the Universe universe.
