Disney Moves Forward With ‘The Jungle Cruise’ Sequel

Today, The Hollywood Reporter announced that Disney has decided to put a sequel to The Jungle Cruise into early development. The action-adventure film debuted last month in theater and on Disney+ to pretty great reviews. A spiritual successor to Pirates of the Caribbean, the film starred Dwayne Johnson & Emily Blunt. Black Adam director Jaume Collet-Serra is expected to return for the sequel.
