One of the biggest cameos to appear on The CW’s mega-crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths was Ezra Miller appearing as Barry Allen alongside Grant Gustin as Barry Allen. At first many assumed it was just a fun cameo Miller did to have two different Barry Allen’s meet each other from the films and TV Shows. During the verbal exchange, Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen gives Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen the idea for the superhero name The Flash before disappearing back into the multiverse. Rumors began to swirl that this exchange will indeed be used in the upcoming feature film where Ezra Miller finally takes up the name The Flash because of Grant Gustin’s suggestion.

Officially connecting the film and TV universes into one massive multiverse. Production is currently underway with director Andy Muschietti. Ezra Miller returns as Barry Allen alongside Kiersey Clemons as Iris West. Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton will appear as different versions of Bruce Wayne’s.
