‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ Disney+ Series Full Cast Announced Including Joel Edgerton Returning as Owen Lars

Today, StarWars.com announced the full cast for the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ Series. The cast includes Moses Ingram, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell, and Benny Safdie. Joel Edgerton will also be returning as Luke Skywalker’s uncle Owen Lars. They join Ewan McGregor who returns as the lone Jedi Master sworn to protect luke from the Empire. Production will begin this April in the UK. Deborah Chow will direct the entire series.
