David Gordon Green To Direct ‘The Exorcist’ Sequel

Today, our friend Brandon Katz of the Observer announced that director David Gordon Green is set to helm The Exorcist sequel. The film is being developed by Blumhouse that worked on Halloween for the director. Jason Blum will produce the project.

The original 1973 film was directed by William Friedkin; who will not be involved in the upcoming project. The original film was a financial and cultural success spanning multiple spin-off films.
