Netflix and Nickelodeon Confirms Multi-Year Partnership

Today, Deadline announced that Netflix get a first look multi-year deal with Nickelodeon (and their parent company Viacom). The deal will include multiple movies and TV Shows that will be featured on the streaming service based on characters from the network. As well as newly created characters.

The streaming service already announced Invader Zim would return on Netflix. As well as the live-action adaption of Avatar: The Last Airbender that originally appeared on Nickelodeon. Airbender is expected to begin filming in early 2020 and be released on Netflix in 2021.
