Several weeks ago, a rumor emerged that actress Anya Taylor-Joy (Furiousa) has a cameo role in the upcoming sequel Dune: Part Two. Now, the actress appeared on the red carpet alongside the remaining cast of the ensemble space adventure to confirm her role in the film and is expected to have a much larger part in Dune: Messiah. She joined the cast of Timothee Chalemet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Dave Bautista, Florence Pugh, and Austin Butler.  The rumor stated she plays the role of Alia Atreides, Paul Atredies’ younger sister. In the original novel, she has the same power as her mother, Lady Jessica. She also eventually married Duncan Idaho (played by Jason Momoa). Though his character was killed off in the original film/book, he eventually returns as a clone in future installments.

Dune: Part Two hits theaters on March 1st
