Brie Larson and Benny Sadfie Join ‘The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’ Voice Cast

Nintendo announced Brie Larson and Benny Safdie have joined The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’s voice cast.

Today, Nintendo held its Nintendo Direct streaming event to announce several new cast members for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. During the streaming event, they announced that actress Brie Larson and Benny Safdie have joined the film’s voice cast. Larson is set to voice Princess Rosalina, and Benny Sadie is set to voice Bowser Jr. Larson is best known for her roles in 21 Jump Street, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, and most recently as Captain Marvel. Safdie hasn’t done voice acting before but appeared in Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer. The streaming event concluded with the first trailer for the movie.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie hits theaters on April 3rd, 2026
