Today, a report announced that actress Maya Hawke has joined the ever-growing cast of The Hunger Games: Sunrise On The Reaping. Hawke is best known for her role as Robin in Netflix’s Stranger Things and most recently voiced Anxitey in last year’s Inside Out 2. She will play the character Wiress from the novel. Wiress is a former District 12 winner and forced mentor to a young Haymitch Abernathy and Maysilee Donner. Production begins this July in Germany.
