Legendary Pictures Is Courting Andrew Koji & Noah Centineo For Their ‘Street Fighter’ Movie

Andrew Koji and Noah Centineo are being eyed for the upcoming Street Fighter live-action movie as Ryu and Ken.

Today, a report announced that actors Andrew Koji and Noah Centineo are being eyed for the upcoming Street Fighter live-action movie by Legendary and Sony Pictures. The two actors will play the brothers-turned-rivals of Ryu and Ken from the original games. Kojii is best known for appearing in HBO’s Warrior and the Snake Eyes movie as Storm Shadow.

Centineo recently appeared in Netflix’s The Recruit and Black Adam as Atom Smasher. Neither actor has officially signed on for the lead roles. Kitao Sakurai recently took over as director from The Philippou Brothers. Initially, the film was slated for a March 20th, 2026, release date, but has since been pulled by Legendary and Sony (via Variety).

There is no set release date for Street Fighter
