Former co-stars Christopher Abbott and Julia Garner would reunite on a Wolf Man remake at Universal Pictures. The two first shared the screen on last year’s Poor Things. The remake film was originally going to star Ryan Gosling, but he had to drop out, though he remains an executive producer. The Invisible Man director Leigh Whannell will remake the classic monster film. The script was written by Whannell & Corbett Tuck and Lauren Schuker Blum & Rebecca Angelo (Dumb Money). Producer Jason Blum will also produce the film under his Blumhouse production banner.

Wolf Man is currently set to hit theaters on October 25, 2024
