Today, Deadline announced that actor Pedro Pascal has joined the ensemble cast of The Gladiator sequel. Pascal is best known for his roles in Game of Thrones, The Mandalorian, and The Last of Us. This casting comes off the recent casting that Joseph Quinn will also be joining the cast from Deadline.
Quinn is best known for his breakout role as Eddy Munson in Netflix’s Stranger Things. Quinn will star as Barry Keoghan’s twin Roman emperor brother. Finally, Connie Nelson returns as Lucilla, the mother of Lucius (played by Paul Mescal), from the original film. Ridley Scott returns to direct the epic Roman sequel.
