Marvel Studios Announces Multiple Female Directors For ‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ Alongside The Full Cast

Today, The Hollywood Reporter announced that several female directors have been tapped to direct the upcoming WandaVision spin-off series Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Head writer Jac Schaefer will be stepping into the director’s chair alongside Gandja Monteiro and Rachel Goldberg. Monteiro recently directed several episodes for Netflix’s biggest series, Wednesday, after Tim Burton. At the same time, Rachel Goldberg helped direct several episodes of Netflix’s Resident Evil series.

The report also confirms the entire cast of the series, including newcomers Aubrey Plaza (Legion), Joe Locke (Heartstopper), Sasheer Zamata, and Patti LuPone. As well as returning WandaVision actors Emma Caulfield, David Payton, David Lengel, Asif Ali, Amos Glick, Brian Brightman, Kate Forbes, and Debra Jo Rupp. Finally, Kathryn Hahn returns once again as the sorceress Agatha Harkness.
