Today, our friends at The Illuminerdi revealed that Marvel Studios is looking at Bob Odenkirk for a role in their upcoming Wonder Man series. The project is expected to be a Hollywood comedy set in the MCU starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Aquaman, Candyman) as Simon Williams. It’s unknown who Bob Odenkirk could be courted for, but the report states it could be for Simon Williams’ acting manager Neal Saroyan. Odenkirk is best known as the sleazy lawyer Saul Goodman in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. He also appeared in both Nobody and Little Women. Ben Kingsley joined the cast earlier this year as Trevor Slattery from Iron Man 3. Shang-Chi director Daniel Destin Cretton will develop the project.
