Marvel Studios ‘Blade’ Adds Delroy Lindo To Cast

Today, The Hollywood Reporter announced that actor Delroy Lindo has entered final negotiations to join Marvel Studios Blade. It’s unknown what role he will play in the film but the actor got massive praise for his work in Da 5 Bloods. The film was first announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 and will star Mahershala Ali. While the character has never entered been mentioned yet in the MCU; his voice can be heard at the end of The Eternals speaking to Dane Whiteman (played Kit Harrington). Bassam Tariq is set to direct the project for the studio. Production is expected to commence in summer 2022.
