Marwan Kenzari Black Adam

Today, The Hollywood Reporter announced that The Old Guard and Aladdin star Marwan Kenzari has joined the cast of DC Comics Black Adam. In their report, they mention his role is being kept under wraps. However, The Illuminerdi revealed back in October that the studio was interested in the actor for the villain role of Sabacc.

He joins a cast that includes Dwayne Johnson as the title anti-hero.  As well as Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Sarah Shahi as Isis, and Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone. The studio still looks to cast the role of fan-favorite sorcerer Dr. Fate. Production begins in several months on the project in Atlanta, GA.
