Temuera Morrison Will Portray Captain Rex in the ‘Ahsoka’ Disney+ Series

Today, our friends over at One Take News have confirmed that Temuera Morrison will finally portray fan-favorite Clone trooper, Captain Rex. Fans have been speculating for years which main Star Wars: The Clone Wars clone troopers (all originally voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) will finally be adapted for live-action like Echo, Commander Cody, or Captain Rex.

Star Wars Clone Wars Ahsoka Rex

Temuera Morrison recently appeared as the clone Boba Fett in his own spin-off series. As well as an unnamed clone trooper in Obi-Wan Kenobi. Now he will appear in the Ahsoka series alongside star Rosario Dawson in the title role. Dave Filoni wrote & produced every episode of the series for the streaming service.

Ahoska will stream exclusively on Disney+ in August
