Olivia Colman Joins Marvel Studios ‘Secret Invasion’ Disney+ Series

Today, Variety announced that The Crown star Olivia Colman has entered talks to join Marvel Studios Secret Invasion Disney+ series. The show is expected to explain where the real Nick Fury has been in the Marvel Cinematic Universe the past several years since Thanos.

Samuel L.  Jackson is set to return in the show alongside Ben Mendelsohn as the Skrull Talos. The series is supposed to follow the comic of the same name which has an evil group of Skrulls that infiltrate the Marvel Universe and take their physical appearance. Kyle Bradstreet is set to write and produce the series for Marvel.
