Today, a new report has revealed that Marvel Studios has recently registered trademark production LLCs for several of their upcoming projects. Production LLC’s are usually secret shell production companies used throughout pre-production. They shouldn’t be confused with working titles, which are secret titles used during actual filming. For example, The Fantastic Four: First Steps was registered under the Solve Everything LLC while it was filmed under the working title Blue Moon. (They can also change LLC titles if the project is put on the back burner for a number of years.)

According to the report, the company registered the LLCs Atlas Hall, Fragment, Throttle, Dredge, and Veil. X-Men, which is rumored to be filming in both Ireland and the UK next year (via Film Base UK), was registered under Atlas Hall LLC. Black Panther III is in early pre-production and was registered under Fragment LLC. Finally, Ghost Rider is rumored to film next year in Nevada, Oregon, and California (via The InSneider), and was registered under Throttle LLC. The report mentions that Dredge LLC was part of a Nova storyline involving Annihilation and could be for the long-in-development feature film. Lastly, they mention Viel LLC is for a streaming project specifically on Disney+, but it’s unknown which character it could refer to. The first film to begin filming soon is Avengers: Secret Wars, which begins filming this fall in the UK under Royale Productions LLC and with the working title Apple Pie 2 (via The Cosmic Circus).

X-Men, Ghost Rider, and Black Panther 3 will all hit theaters in 2028
