Netflix’s ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 Has Added Lady Gaga in Mystery Role

Today, a report announced that actress and singer Lady Gaga joined the cast for Wednesday season 2. This comes off her recent appearance in Joker: Folie à Deux as Harley Quinn. The actress has long wanted to work with producer and director Tim Burton on a future project.  Unfortunately, her role will be kept a secret, much like Christina Ricci’s appearance in season 1. In 2023, star Jenna Ortega mentioned she wanted to see Lady Gaga join the cast if the show was ever renewed. “I’m sure Netflix would love that. I think Mrs. Thornhill and Wednesday had this weird mentor relationship or kind of understood each other in a certain way, so, if Lady Gaga were to be a part, I think it would have to be two monsters that understand each other.” Production has been underway for several months in Ireland.

Wednesday season 2 has no set release date on Netflix
