Today, during the Avatar Legends panel at New York Comic-Con, the studio officially announced its next series, Avatar Kuruk: Wave of Chaos. We at Knight Edge Media first reported on this secret series last summer, but got confirmation in August that it’s based on Avatar Kuruk. We also recently revealed some of Kuruk’s early Team Avatar friends who will travel with him throughout the series. As we reported, the series takes place when he is only 14 and will be hunted by the 5th Nation pirate fleet. Paramount+ has ordered the series, and it will be an action-adventure, swashbuckling tale.
