Today, a new report announced that British actor Kit Connor has landed the role of Scott Summers in Marvel Studios’ X-Men reboot. Over the last several weeks, several names have popped up for the role, including The Long Walk star Cooper Hoffman. We at Knight Edge Media learned earlier this week that Hoffman was out of the role and that it’ll most likely be someone who hasn’t been rumored yet. Conner is best known for his role in Netflix’s Heartstopper series and 2028’s Elden Ring. The role will be played by original X-Men actor James Marsden (Sonic) in this year’s Avengers: Doomsday before the role is rebooted. Production begins sometime next year. Connor joins Sadie Sink (Stranger Things) as Jean Grey and Samara Weaving (Ready or Not) as Emma Frost.

Small Tidbit…Not sure how accurate this is… but it sounds like Copper Hoffman (The Long Walk) really is out as Cyclops and has been for several weeks (around the time he gave his interview, he was out).
