Dacre Montgomery & Mason Thames Join 'John Wick' Spin-Off 'Caine'

Earlier last month, production on the John Wick spin-off film Caine began filming in Hong Kong. The film will see the return of Donnie Yen as the blind assassin from John Wick 4. The film also saw the return of Rina Sawayama, who will reprise her role as Akira on her path of revenge for her father’s death. Now, actors Dacre Montgomery (Power Rangers, Stranger Things) and Mason Thames (Black Phone, How to Train Your Dragon) have also joined the cast. It’s unknown who they are playing, but the film will follow Caine as he is now free from his obligations to The High Table. Yen is also directing the film with a screenplay by Mattson Tomlin (The Batman).

Caine will hit theaters sometime in 2027
