Today, a report announced that actor Dave Bautista has entered final talks to join the upcoming Highlander reboot. Bautista is best known for his roles in Guardians of the Galaxy and the Dune franchise. The film already stars Henry Cavill and Russell Crowe in the lead roles. Bautista would be playing the character Kurgan, originally played by Clancy Brown. Chad Stahelski is still attached to direct the film for Amazon MGM. Production begins next month.
